Responsibilities
- Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership through reports and presentations
- Design and build reports and dashboards using best practices to support business functions
- Identify acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends, and the competitive environment
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Apply analytical and modeling techniques to measure sales incrementality for key initiatives
- Identify areas of opportunity for automation of reports.
Skills & Requirements
- A professional with 1-3 years of experience in a data role, preferably in an internet company
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions and measure success
- Expert in SQL. BigQuery experience is a plus
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, PowerBI, or Microstrategy
- Degree educated. A quantitative field is considered a bonus
- Using R or Python for statistical modeling is a plus
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Retention Analytics is a plus
- Curious about learning and applying data science to solve business problems.
