Criteo is looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join its Global Growth Marketing team. This is a global role within the Growth Digital organization, focusing on the definition and implementation of integrated digital programs for our existing and upcoming suite of Criteo products.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Develop data-informed, full-funnel digital strategies aiming at increasing adoption and revenue from our products (existing and new).
  • Own and execute your strategies, from crafting buyers’ journeys, and defining messaging for specific audiences to selecting channels and rolling-out test plans.
  • Become the point person for our global Digital, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams when it comes to program launches and performance.
  • Navigate, partner, and lead in a cross-functional environment to ensure your programs are properly enabled, executed, optimized, and measured.
  • Own a Paid Media budget and partner with the Digital Team to ensure organic strategies are aligned with your programs.
  • Act as a senior team member and be a team player to help grow and coach a team of passionate marketing managers.


  • Strategic Planning – ability to turn business goals into strategies, experiments, and tactics. Understanding of the customer journey and how to influence it. Collaborative mindset and strong communications skills, to turn your ideas into actionable plans. Experience with strategies such as ABM, and lifecycle marketing preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Channels expertise – deep expertise in specific channels such as SEM, Paid Social, and Display.
  • Analytics – Strong analytical skills for funnel analysis and optimization. Excel power user.
  • Program Management – ability to define and own a roadmap, including prioritization, milestones definition, and reporting on progress.
  • Product Launch experience – you have successfully launched products in a B2B SaaS environment in the past and have a proven track record of managing programs from inception to success measurement.

You are the right fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years of experience in demand generation for a SaaS company, designing and owning full-funnel strategies, including successful product launches.
  • Have proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels and tactics, including ABM, Retargeting, Paid Social, Display, and Email Nurtures.
  • Are familiar and thrive in a multicultural environment, with a good understanding of local markets and an ability to adapt strategies locally.
  • Have a willingness to grow, learn and share your expertise with a team of passionate marketers.
  • Have strong proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot or any other automation platforms.
  • Are a technical marketer. You understand the importance of technology, systems, and processes in marketing.

  • Experience working in a high-growth global technology company
  • Ability to work successfully in global cross-functional teams, including with stakeholders and executives
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/ability to try different things in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
