Technical Support Jobs In Singapore, The IT Support Engineer is responsible for taking offer applications and technical support to the users. They have to respond to and resolve support requests and service tickets. It is a part of their job to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.

Responsibility

    1. At least ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
    2. Minimum one (1) year of working experience supporting PCs, Notebook and LAN.
    3. Entry-level candidates will be considered
    4. Proficient in MS Standard Software (MS Office, MS Outlook, Anti-Virus Software, Internet Browsers, etc).
    5. Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
    6. Customer-oriented, a Team Player, a fast learner, and serious with work.
    7. Class 3 License
