As a member of our manufacturing team, you will carry out a wide range of duties associated with the manufacturing of breakfast cereals, from the early stages of the production process through to dispatch.


As a member of our manufacturing team

  • Our induction program is comprehensive, and all new colleagues are given the training and support to set themselves up for future success.
  • After full training, you’ll be required to contribute towards the efficient and safe production of breakfast cereals, with minimum waste, achieving predefined quality standards in line with the production schedule, and striving to continuously improve our operations. 
  • Ensuring a clean line making sure it meets the required hygiene standards
  • Ensuring your line meets all necessary production standards for efficient production
  • Recording quality checks to ensure compliance to joining focus groups to eliminate root cause issues and make continuous improvements. 
  • It is expected that all colleagues have a safety mindset and contribute to our factory safety programs.

  • Good level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
