Job Description

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry and Administrative Clerk with exceptional communication skills, a love of numbers and a Data Entry Clerk.

Desire to grow as part of our administrative team. Excellent experience in high volume office and administration roles is an asset. If you have administration work experience, we’d love to talk to you!

We are looking for a focused data entry clerk to continuously update our company’s databases. The data entry clerk will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The data entry clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

To do well in this job, you should collect information and capture data promptly to ensure the business’ databases are current to accurately reflect its developments, updates and transactions. Top candidates will be focused, diligent, energetic and have good people’s skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Performs daily clerical/office support including data entry, filing and mailing
  2. Arrange meetings regarding data-management should be conducted as requested
  3. Be sure to do weekly and monthly backups and frequent checkups
  4. Respond to information requests from management members
  5. Applying data programs and techniques and procedures
  6. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Verify basic data accuracy levels with high amounts of data processing
  • Flexible work with tasks and/or priorities that work effectively
  • Maintaining high-levels of multitasking accuracy & efficiency
  • Experienced with MS-Office Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Think proactively and independently
  • Impulsive customer service skills
