Located in three facilities in Yishun Industrial Park and 1 plant in Tuas, Murata Singapore manufactures multilayer ceramic chip capacitors and energy devices in its Singapore plants. It also covers sales in Southeast Asia and Southern Asia to support Murata Singapore’s sales operations, several Overseas Sales Affiliates were established in the region, such as Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, India, and Vietnam.

Responsibility

  • works closely with the Sales team to provide support and perform sales activities
  • responsible to manage a group of customers, answering customer questions
  • Handling complaints, executing the follow-up needed for complaints received from customers
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
  • Provide administrative assistance which includes issuing or quotations, samples, monitoring of payment, etc.

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any field with the relevant customer service experience
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
