In addition to a full range of cancer diagnosis and treatment services, the Helen Rollason Cancer Support Centre is based on-site and provides services to support cancer patients’ wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping the Ambassador’s diary fully up to date at all times
  • Organizing travel, accommodation, and transfers
  • Arranging conference calls, meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as required
  • Ensuring the Ambassador is well briefed for all daily commitments
  • Adding/editing Outlook Calendar items on a daily basis
  • Fielding telephone inquiries, flagging up urgent issues
  • Maintaining an efficient and up to date electronic database of Embassy contacts
